Hello from an Art Enthusiast

Hi all,

I use my pseudo-name Ashika in "art" surroundings and that's how I wanna introduce myself here. I'm a biomedical enggr by qualification, writer-editor by profession, blogger by interest and artist by pure pure passion. I've tried my hand at a lot of creative activities - embroidery, painting, sketching, handicrafts, fabric painting, glass painting, mehndi and more.

A short conversation with my old teacher prompted me to take my liking for arts a little serious. I started a brand called Di!.

Di! is a collection of paintings from a gal-next-door (me!) born out of bitter boredom and pure passion. It's still new and I am trying to make more time for painting

I am here to make friends who cud be my excellent critics to help me with achieving my childhood dreams; which is to have my own painting exhibition.
