Back in the late 70s I was going to sponsor an art exhibit for paco at the Kadena Air Force base officer's club. The Air Force messed around with me probably for over a year and I was coming back to the States and had to cancel the project. About the same time, the Air Force finally gave their approval but it was too late for me.
