This is the final concept for the main character of the comic, based roughly on myself, with a few edits. Done originally with mechanical pencil, then inked and scanned and colored in Photoshop.

One of the men at the door thought I was taking pictures of them, but I explained it was just the pub I wanted being the celebration it was!

The artifical island they are making in the middle of the Bay doesn't help, either!

Great shot. It’s a shame the high rise disturbs the view, but the Sunset over Manila Bay really does need to be experienced!
