This was some early work on the main characters nemesis as it were. A twisted doupleganger spawned from the Silent Hill world,I was wanting him to look similar but not a total copy, pleasre ignore the notes, thought annotation would help at the time...not so.
Done with Mech pencil, ink and manga pens.

What’s going onto the Island?

One of the men at the door thought I was taking pictures of them, but I explained it was just the pub I wanted being the celebration it was!
