JEAN PARISIEN

Most of these ships you seen here are confined to the Great Lakes due to their design. If they were to be taken into the Atlantic they would break in two. As what happened to M.V.ALGOPORT back last November. She broke in two off the coast of china,as she was being taken there for a mid life refit.Luckily she was in tow with no crew aboard.Sending her to the bottom. They have little or no camber to them thus making them straight with a flat bottom. You will see later on the ones designed for ocean use.Very similar in design but there are a few differences that can be seen.
