I am guessing that this would be one of the air conditioning units for public spaces? (Well... the fact that it had "Carrier" written on it could be a bit of a give-away?!!)

The artifical island they are making in the middle of the Bay doesn't help, either!

Great shot. It’s a shame the high rise disturbs the view, but the Sunset over Manila Bay really does need to be experienced!
