This is the Keep of Guildford Castle in Surrey, South East England, which was established in the 13th Century and was the County Gaol for many years until at least the 18th Century.
Although the earthworks remain, many of the castle features have now vanished, but the Keep remains.

One of the men at the door thought I was taking pictures of them, but I explained it was just the pub I wanted being the celebration it was!

The artifical island they are making in the middle of the Bay doesn't help, either!

Great shot. It’s a shame the high rise disturbs the view, but the Sunset over Manila Bay really does need to be experienced!
