Well, it's nighttime, so you might expect it to be dark! Having said that, dark nights are no longer a given, these days, with all the light pollution around in the world these days...
An atmospheric shot, I thought, with the nearly full moon reflecting it's soft light on a calm tropical Pacific Ocean

The artifical island they are making in the middle of the Bay doesn't help, either!

Great shot. It’s a shame the high rise disturbs the view, but the Sunset over Manila Bay really does need to be experienced!
