  19. I received this one by e-mail from my good friend, Mr. John Gormon-Charlton. The caption read: "A few spots of rain in Dubai ..... ....... but they are building it so fast - I think they may have omitted to include a drainage system! Pic attached taken in Dubai UAE this morning Wednesday 16/1/08!"
