  1. Presumably, that will be the old Warehouse W with steam billowing out from a vent somewhere round the back? It was the steam that caught my eye... A very atmospheric view, I thought, on a cold January day in the redeveloped Royal Victoria Dock area.

  3. According to the plaque, the sculpture entitled "Landed" is by Les Johnson and it was cast at the Bronze Age Foundry in 2008. The plaque reads: "LANDED" This sculpture has been erected as a tribute to the history of the communities of the Royal Docks and the men and women who worked there from 1855 -1983.
