Puwesto ko 'to! (Tagalog for "This is my place!") That's my little perch, of an evening, whilst sitting-out the quarantine onboard CS NIWA in Hamriyah Port, UAE. -
And for all of my dear Filipino and Filipina artist and photographer friends... We don't usually hold an "exhibit..." We hold an "exhibition," OK? An exhibit is usually just one of many individual items, which may or may not be exhibited in an exhibition of several, or indeed, many other items. Kasi...!!!

To all my very dear American friends: "Maths" is short for "mathematics," whereas... "math" is short for "mathematic." (sic.) So, could we please put the "s" in the abbreviation for "mathematics?" It's MATHS - not "math" - OK?!! Thank you!!

Well... Something in the news today actually made me smile! A Financial Times reporter, in an article she wrote about the difficulties she was having when trying to use cash, after having lost her wallet... It seems that people in the UK these days won't touch cash with a barge pole. (In case it is contaminated...??!???)
Whilst waiting for her replacement credit card to arrive, she had to ask her Dad for some help... (to make a payment for her, using his own credit card...)
Hehe...!! Well, that's what Dad's are for!!!

We'll all be back to buses and ferries before too long... And not only in the Philippines. -
Don't wipe your bum... Wash it!! And avoid wasting toilet paper... The bum-washer... A simple bit of plumbing can reduce the necessity for panic buying every time you think there may be a shortage of bog roll!?!! And, I would venture, it's a lot more hygienic.

Well, let's not go down the same road that we have with our cellphones - where they are starting to rule our lives. We need to make sure that what we create serves us - not the other way around...
