I wasn't able to talk to these two old ladies at a park outside the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum. I don't know if they were anywhere near Nagasaki at the time of the atomic bomb - or if they are even Japanese... Anyhow, they look old enough to have been around for the last 60-odd years and they certainly looked and acted like Japanese. Whatever... I find this image with the cherry tree in full bloom - seemingly erupting from beneath the ground - an extremely powerful image...
