Suspension after investigation of use of brutal force on Post Human perp, responsible for multiple bombings in 2312. Investigation found officer was suffering from "emotional" processes that interfere with prime directives. See file:A45. 1 sect/3 - Officer had "Friends" in local community, casualties of the bombing in 2312. Officer rejects recalibration, Officer states "You can't rewrite a soul" Officer active duty terminated.
