The Raynes Park Vale Goalkeeper makes a crucial save in the Isthmian League fixture against Farnham Town! Farnham went on to win 2-1 to cement their top of the table position. This is quite a low level of football (several levels below the English Premier League) but just under 1000 people watched the game. A horrendous injury to the Aldershot Town Goalkeeper has delayed the game v Eastleigh by some 25 x minutes. The player was taken to hospital and has made a full recovery. In a bizarre twist the substitute Goalkeeper was also stretchered off later in the game which saw Aldershot lose 2-0.

A Combined Counties game between Farnham Town v Walton & Hersham FC at the Memorial Ground in Farnham under the floodlights. The Walton Goalkeeper makes a spectacular diving save to keep Farnham out with the game finishing 3-0 to the visitors.
